为了对湿式多片制动器工作特性进一步研究,运用接触温度计算模型、热分析基本原理、层流方程分别对湿式制动器的制动转矩、表面温升和带排转矩工作特性进行理论建模,研究了湿式制动器摩擦表面油槽形状、润滑冷却液流量、制动油压对制动器工作特性影响规律。分析结果表明:双圆弧油槽相对别的油槽具有加工简单、制动转矩较高、表面温升较小、带排效应较小等优势;润滑冷却液流量主要对湿式制动器的响应时间有较大的影响,流量越大制动响应时间越长,制动表面温度越低此外带排转矩也越高;制动压力对制动转矩的影响主要体现在制动转矩的响应时间上,压力越大,响应时间越短,表面温度越高,对带排转矩的影响有限。
In order to further study on the operating characteristics of wet multi-disc brakes, theoretical models of braking torque, surface temperature rise and torque with wetting are theoretically established by using contact temperature calculation model, basic theory of thermal analysis and laminar flow equations. The influence of oil groove shape, lubrication fluid flow and brake oil pressure on brake operating characteristics of wet brake was studied. The analysis results show that the double arc tank has the advantages of simple processing, higher braking torque, smaller surface temperature rise and smaller belt discharge. Compared with the wet brake, the lubrication flow of the double arc tank has more advantages The bigger the influence, the bigger the flowrate is, the longer the braking response time is. The lower the braking surface temperature is, the higher the discharge torque is. The influence of brake pressure on braking torque is mainly reflected in the response time of braking torque , The greater the pressure, the shorter the response time, the higher the surface temperature, the limited impact on the row with the torque.
