疤痕疙瘩是一种常见的皮肤良性肿瘤,其治疗方法虽多,但均不够理想。近十多年来,冷冻疗法发展较快,其对疤痕疙瘩的疗效国内外都在摸索中。我院自1975年以来应用液氮加压冷冻治疗疤痕疙瘩500余例,现将随访228例的疗效观察报告如下。材料和方法制冷源:液氮。器械:采用自制电加热液氮冷冻器,以五磅保温瓶为容器,瓶外安有园形血压表以示瓶内液氮压力。方法:全部用加压直接接触法。首先根据病变大小选用恰当的铜质冷冻头,接上冷冻器,然后通电加温,使暖瓶内液氮压力上升,当血压表指示压力达到相当于120～
Scar keloid is a common skin benign tumor, although the treatment of many, but are not ideal. In recent ten years, the rapid development of cryotherapy, the curative effect of keloids are explored at home and abroad. In our hospital since 1975, the application of liquid nitrogen compression cryotherapy of keloids more than 500 cases, the follow-up of 228 cases are reported the following observations.
