1995~1997年,对从山东11个地市采集的12个夏玉米全蚀病菌株,利用当前大面积推广的11个玉米杂交种、10个玉米自交系,采取盆播接菌寄主鉴定的方法,进行生理小种鉴定试验。结果表明,玉米自交系478、杂交种西玉3号、掖单12号可作为夏玉米全蚀菌的鉴别寄主,用于夏玉米全蚀病菌生理小种的鉴定。对12个菌株的致病力测定结果表明,12个菌株均为禾顶囊壳菌玉米变种,菌株1号、2号与3号、4号致病力差异显著,10号不侵染小麦,其余为中等致病力,明显区分为4种致病力类型。
From 1995 to 1997, 12 total maize eclipses collected from 11 cities in Shandong Province were identified by using the 11 maize hybrids and 10 maize inbred lines widely popularized at present.
