目的对海洋真菌Nigrospora sphaerica中的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶以及HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为尿嘧啶(uracil,1)、胸腺嘧啶(thymine,2)、半乳糖醇(D-galactitol,3)、5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22E-二烯-3β-醇(5α,8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22E-dien-3β-ol,4)、5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,9,22E-三烯-3β-醇(5α,8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,9,22E-triere-3β-ol,5)、丁二酸(succinic acid,6)、4-(2-羟乙基)苯酚(4-(2-hydroxyethyl)phenol,7)、3-异丁基-7-羟基-吡咯并哌嗪-1,4-二酮(3-isobutyl-7-hydroxy-pyrrolopiperazine-1,4-dione,8)、对羟基苯甲酸(4-hydroxybenzoicacid,9)和苯乙酸(phenylacetic acid,10)。结论海洋真菌Nigrospora sphaerica为首次从海洋中分离得到,化合物4~10为首次从该真菌中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of marine fungus Nigrospora sphaerica. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, gel and HPLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as uracil (1), thymine (2), D-galactitol (3), 5a, 8a-ergosta-6,22E- Diene-3β-ol (5α, 8α-epidioxy- (22E, 24R) -ergosta-6,22E-dien-3β-ol, (5α, 8α-epidioxy- (22E, 24R) -ergosta-6,9,22E-triere-3β-ol, 5), succinic acid (6), 4- (2-hydroxyethyl) phenol, 7), 3-isobutyl-7-hydroxy-pyrrolopiperazine- 1,4-dione, 8), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (9) and phenylacetic acid (10). Conclusion The marine fungus Nigrospora sphaerica was isolated from the sea for the first time. Compounds 4 to 10 were isolated from this fungus for the first time.
