川芎为伞形科植物川芎(Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.)的干燥根茎,在中药复方中使用非常普遍。川芎在中药复方制剂中的提取方法目前主要有60%以上浓度的乙醇提取和水煎煮提取两种工艺,由于提取出的有效成分是不完全相同的,故本文对水提和醇提两种工艺分别讨论,研究制订可应用于一般中药复方制剂中川芎的薄层色谱鉴别方法。
Chuanxiong is the dry root of the umbrella family Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. It is commonly used in Chinese herbal compound. The extraction methods of Chuanxiong in traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations mainly include the following two processes: ethanol extraction and water decoction extraction with concentrations of more than 60%. Since the extracted active ingredients are not completely the same, this article has two methods: water extraction and alcohol extraction. Processes were discussed separately, and a thin-layer chromatography method for identification of Chuanxiong that can be applied to general Chinese herbal preparations was developed.
