与加大学前教育经费投入相伴而生的是提高学前教育经费投入效益,而对当前学前教育经费投入效益现状进行评估,了解经费投入效率整体脉络是提高经费投入效益的前提和基础。在构建科学合理的学前教育投入-产出评价指标体系的基础上,用DEA分析方法以2003-2013年的省际宏观面板数据为分析对象,得出我国学前教育经费投入整体效益不高、省际差异显著等分析结果。同时,对DEA稳定有效省份的特征进行划分归类,分析不同类型学前教育经费投入有效省份的特征。最后针对上述两方面结论分析所引出的学前教育经费投入效益不高、区域不均衡等问题,提出了组合出击、提高学前教育经费投入整体效益和因地制宜、促进学前教育经费投入的区域均衡两方面的经费投入对策。
Complying with increasing funding for pre-primary education is an important measure to improve the investment efficiency of pre-primary education.
