目的:观察使用微创碎吸引流术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床效果。方法:将100例患者随机地分为2个组,治疗组和对照组,对照组予以内科常规治疗,治疗组在内科治疗的基础上予以微创微创碎吸引流术。结果:治疗组神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评分明显改善,优于对照组,病死率、再出血率明显低于对照组。结论:内科治疗的基础上予以微创微创碎吸引流术是治疗高血压性脑出血的有效方法。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of using minimally invasive aspiration drainage in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. The control group was given routine medical treatment. The treatment group was treated with minimally invasive minimally invasive aspiration and drainage on the basis of medical treatment. Results: The score of neurological deficit and daily living ability of the treatment group was significantly improved, which was better than that of the control group. The mortality and rebleeding rate were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion: Minimally invasive minimally invasive suction drainage is an effective method for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage based on medical treatment.
