研究了飞秒激光诱导的钛合金表面微纳结构随激光能量密度和脉冲个数的变化规律,并给出了微纳结构的扫描电子显微镜图。研究结果表明,钛合金表面微纳结构的演化主要经过4个阶段,依次为无激光诱导周期表面结构阶段、经典条纹结构阶段、经典与非经典条纹结构并存阶段和微驼峰结构阶段。进一步的研究表明,非经典条纹的周期随着激光能量密度或脉冲个数的增加而增加。
The variation law of laser energy density and number of pulses on the surface of titanium alloy induced by femtosecond laser was studied. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) image of the micro / nano structure was also given. The results show that the evolution of the micro-nano structure on the surface of titanium alloy mainly goes through four stages, which are the laser-induced periodic surface structure stage, the classic striped structure stage, the classical and non-classical striped structure coexistence stage and the micro-hump structure stage. Further research shows that the period of non-classical fringes increases with the increase of laser energy density or pulse number.
