随着我国教育事业的蓬勃发展,用人制度的不断改革,出现了人才辈出、欣欣向荣的景象。但是,也应该看到由于事业发展太快,科技革命、知识爆炸,我们的人才在许多方面也存在不尽人意的地方。这就是:缺乏个性,墨守陈规,不敢标新立异、人云亦云者多,敢于挑战旧思维、旧事物者少;思维单一、单向型的知识背诵型者多,灵活运用、创新者少;俯首听命、依赖型者多,独立开展工作者少;样样通样样松者多,专业突出者少。创新是民族进步的灵魂。然而实现创新关键在人才,基础在教育。我国传统的教育理念以应试教育为主,重书本知识传授,轻综合素质修养和创新能力塑造,已经慢慢被社会所淘汰。因而如何以科学教学来促进创新型人才成长是值得探究的一个问题。

However, we should also see the unsatisfactory aspects of our personnel in many aspects due to the rapid development of our undertaking, the revolution in science and technology, and the explosion of knowledge. This is: the lack of personality, stick to stereotypes, not the most unconventional, many people who have the same opinions, dare to challenge the old thinking, the old things less; thinking single, one-way type of knowledge recite more flexible use less innovators; bow, Dependent type and more workers to carry out less independent; everything through the pine and more, less prominent professional. Innovation is the soul of national progress. However, the key to achieving innovation lies in talent and in education. China’s traditional educational philosophy to test-oriented education, book knowledge imparted, light overall quality of cultivation and innovation ability to shape, has been gradually eliminated by society. Therefore, how to promote the growth of innovative talents with science teaching is a question worth exploring.
