目的:建立干姜中的金属元素含量测定方法,并评价市场上干姜的质量。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)相结合对干姜中Mn,S,Pb元素进行测定。结果:5批干姜中有3批干姜中的S含量较高(P<0.05);而其他元素各批次之间并无显著性的差异。结论:本文所建立的金属元素测定方法,可快速、直观地分析干姜中Mn、S、Pb三种金属的含量,研究结果为控制干姜质量,规范干姜的加工工艺提供理论依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of metal elements in dried ginger and to evaluate the quality of dried ginger on the market. Methods: The contents of Mn, S, Pb in Ginger were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Results: Three batches of ginger in five batches of ginger had a higher content of S (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference among batches of other elements. Conclusion: The determination of metal elements established in this paper can quickly and intuitively analyze the contents of Mn, S and Pb in Ginger. The results provide a theoretical basis for controlling the quality of Ginger and regulating the processing of Ginger.
