1990年6月20日至24日,由广西、云南、贵州、四川、重庆五方社会科学院联合举办的开发大西南第五次学术研讨会在重庆市举行。来自四省(区)五方的理论工作者63人出席了会议。会议主要就西南对外开放、发挥中心城市作用与区域经济发展,地区经济横向联合等问题进行了探讨。现将会议讨论的一些主要问题综述如下: 一、关于对外开放问题会议对西南的对外开放作了较全面的探讨。与会同志认为,近年来西南的对外开放取得了显著的成绩。1988年进出口总额达到28亿美元,比1980年增长三倍以上;外贸依存度提高,其中,广西在1987年已达到14.2%;边境贸易发展迅速,1988年 From June 20 to June 24, 1990, the Fifth Symposium on the Development of the Southwestern China, jointly held by Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing Peoples’ Political Colleges, was held in Chongqing. Sixty-three theoretical workers from five provinces (districts) attended the conference. The meeting mainly discussed the opening up of the southwest to the central city, the development of regional economy and the horizontal integration of regional economy.
