本文首次提出了荧光同步扫描与双波长标准加入法联用技术,并将其应用于混合物中α-萘酚和β-萘酚的同时测定。实验结果表明,α-萘酚和β-萘酚的浓度比在40:1~1:20范围内,利用该法能够同时准确测定两种物质的浓度,其准确度和精确度均令人满意。
This paper presents for the first time fluorescence synchronous scanning and dual-wavelength standard addition method combined with technology, and its application in the mixture of α-naphthol and β-naphthol simultaneous determination. The experimental results show that the concentration ratio of α-naphthol and β-naphthol in the range of 40: 1 to 1:20 can be used to accurately determine the concentrations of both substances with satisfactory accuracy and accuracy .
