本文利用三角与球面三角的原理,解析出任意衍射斑点的Q值,然后通过布拉格方程计算出各斑点的面网之间的距离d;并利用斑点的黑度估计相对强度。本法对于粒度大于0.2mm的矿物颗粒即可作物相分析。解决了微量样品的分析困难问题。该方法的优点:样品用量少、分析速度快,在分析过程中不破坏样品的外形,在分析完成之后,样品尚可留作它用。
In this paper, we use the principle of trigonometry and spherical triangulation to analyze the Q value of any diffraction spot, and then calculate the distance d between the surface net of each spot through the Bragg equation. The relative intensity of the spot is estimated by the blackness of the spot. This Law for crop particle size greater than 0.2mm for crop phase analysis.
