本文在自制的销/盘式干摩擦磨损试验机上,采用热电偶测量了不同工况条件、不同成分及组织含磷蠕墨铸铁/钢摩擦副中蠕墨铸铁的温度场,系统地研究了含磷蠕墨铸铁干摩擦表面温度的特性及影响因素。结果表明:含磷蠕墨铸铁的干摩擦温度场在摩擦过程中,有一个由不稳定态向稳定态变化的过程。摩擦表面温度及温度梯度的大小,取决于摩擦过程向干摩擦系统输入能量的多少与材料导热能力的大小。
In this paper, the self-made pin / disk dry friction and wear testing machine, the use of thermocouples measured under different conditions, different composition and organization of phosphorus vermicular graphite iron / steel friction pair compacted graphite cast iron temperature field, systematically studied with Characteristics and Influential Factors of Dry Rubbing Surface Temperature of Phosphasto Graphite Cast Iron. The results show that during the friction process, the dry friction temperature field of phosphorus-compacted vermicular cast iron has a process of changing from unstable state to steady state. The size of friction surface temperature and temperature gradient depends on the amount of energy input to the dry friction system during friction and the thermal conductivity of the material.
