在区间100Hz≤f≤2500Hz和0.1T≤B_m≤1.0T内,考查了五种铁基纳米晶软磁合金的三种原始磁状态的每周铁损的频率关系。测量和计算结果表明,在大约低于3~5kHz(视磁状态和B_m值而定)的范围内,每周总铁损呈现明显的非线性行为。根据以前报道,将总铁损分离为磁滞损耗、经典涡流损耗和过剩损耗之和,证实了非线性行为取决于过剩损耗的频率关系。本文指出了,每周过剩损耗对频率的变化率在大约低于3~5kHz的范围内,随频率增加急剧减小,在这个范围以上,变化率缓慢地改变,从而导致了每周总损耗的准线性行为。本文给出了一些在宽中频段内每周总损耗的线性表达式,可用来粗略估计总损耗。
In the interval of 100Hz≤f≤2500Hz and 0.1T≤B_m≤1.0T, the frequency relationships of the iron losses per week of the three original magnetic states of the five iron-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys were examined. The measurement and calculation results show that the total iron loss per week shows a significant non-linear behavior in the range of about 3-5 kHz (depending on the state of the magnetism and the value of B_m). According to previous reports, the total iron loss was separated into hysteresis loss, the sum of classical eddy current loss and excess loss, confirming that the nonlinear behavior depends on the frequency relationship of excess loss. This paper points out that the rate of change of weekly excess loss to frequency is in the range of approximately below 3 to 5 kHz and decreases sharply with increasing frequency above which the rate of change slowly changes resulting in a total weekly loss Quasi linear behavior. This article gives some linear expressions for the total weekly loss over the wide frequency band that can be used to roughly estimate the total loss.
