“The displaced” is the famous short story of Flannery O’Connor, a Catholic writer in the South of the United States. This work embodies the theory of Bakhtin’s dialogue, in which the textual structure and the interaction between author and person form the large-scale dialogues elaborated by Bakhtin; the dialogues between people and people constitute the mini-dialogues.
