苏修黑色冶金自动化科学研究所研制了一种低惰性热电偶TM-6110(图1),这种热电偶在严苛的生产条件下具有足够高的机械强度、耐蚀性和稳定性。热电偶系由KTMC-2型镍铬-镍铝套管热电偶构成。所用套管热电偶的直径为1.5和3mm。在套管热电偶的端头上用金属薄膜将镍铬和镍铝热电极接通,形成工作端。这层金属膜与套管热电偶的钢套管连接,形成金属套管的薄壁形管底,热电极工作端就焊在此管底上。热电偶的管壳上焊有一带法兰盘的套架,以便于热电偶固定在工作位置上。热电极自由端可通过双孔陶瓷管从套管中引出
Sohu Black Institute of Metallurgical Automation developed a low inert thermocouple TM-6110 (Figure 1), the thermocouple in the harsh conditions of production has high enough mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and stability. The thermocouple consists of a KTMC-2 NiCr-NiAl bushing thermocouple. The casing thermocouples used are 1.5 and 3 mm in diameter. Nickel-chrome and nickel-aluminum hot electrodes are connected to the ends of the ferrule thermocouple with a metal film to form a working end.
