卧式195柴油机的主轴瓦多是圆筒形,一般都在T716镗床上整体镗削,也有的在车床上用专用胎具车削,这样做比较麻烦。近几年来,我们利用东方红-75拖拉机旧连杆在大端孔下套后将圆筒轴瓦压入里边,然后再在铣连杆瓦机上进行镗削。经几年的使用,效果良好。具体做法如下: 选一副旧连杆瓦卡在连杆大端孔上,在镗削连杆瓦机上镗削到φ86毫米左右,然后车一与φ86毫米孔有0.10～0.15毫米紧度的铸铁套,卡入φ86毫米的孔中,在镗连杆瓦机上再次将孔镗至φ78~(+0.03)
