目的总结上海交通大学附属第六人民医院研究机构工作绩效评估体系的成效与经验,探讨建立综合性医院研究机构评估体系的作用和方法。方法通过专家咨询法建立医院研究机构工作绩效评估体系,通过总结经验法,对国内外研究经验进行归纳,并通过实际操作,总结医院现行评估体系运行效果。结果我院现行的评估体系是科学、客观、可操作的。结论在综合性医院中建立一套对院级研究机构工作绩效的评估体系是必不可少的,我院现行的评估体系具有可借鉴之处,同时也有需要继续改进的地方,具有一定的参考意义。
Objective To summarize the effectiveness and experience of the performance evaluation system for research institutions of the Sixth People’s Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and to explore the role and methods of establishing a comprehensive hospital research institution evaluation system. Methods Through the expert consultation method, the work performance evaluation system of hospital research institutions was established. By summarizing the empirical methods, the research experiences at home and abroad were summarized, and through the actual operation, the operating effect of the current hospital evaluation system was summarized. Results Our current assessment system is scientific, objective, and operational. Conclusion It is indispensable to set up a set of assessment system for the performance of the research institutes in general hospitals. The current evaluation system in our hospital can be used for reference, and there are also areas where improvement is needed, which has certain reference significance. .
