本实验观察了口服黑豆果油对高脂食引起的兔实验性血脂代谢紊乱的作用。通过对高脂食对照组、治疗组及预防组兔血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白的含量检测结果表明,预防组血脂升高不明显,与高脂食对照组比差异显著(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组比较,该药明显降低血胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白的含量且呈量效关系。而高密度脂蛋白有升高趋势,说明该药有明显的调理血脂蛋白的作用,可预防、治疗血脂升高。
This experiment observed the effect of oral black soybean fruit oil on experimental lipid metabolism disorders in rabbits caused by high fat food. The results of serum cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein, and low-density lipoprotein levels in the control group, treatment group, and prevention group of high-fat diet indicated that the elevated serum lipids in the prevention group were not significant, and the control group was high-fat diet. The difference was significant (P < 0.01). Compared with the control group, the drug significantly reduced blood cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein levels and showed a dose-effect relationship. The high-density lipoprotein has a rising trend, indicating that the drug has a clear role in regulating blood lipoproteins, can prevent and treat elevated blood lipids.
