本文以久负盛名的青岛国际啤酒节为研究对象,从分析啤酒节的现状为着手点,在探究出其成功的条件和经验的基础上,发现其中仍存在的问题和不足,对啤酒节及青岛啤酒产业的改进和创新提出了建议和改进措施。本文从管理、营销、企业利益相关者等视角分析了青岛国际啤酒节持续发展的先行经验及后续改进修炼建议,推进青岛啤酒节的长久繁荣,从而促进青岛啤酒整个产业的不断优化和发展。
In this paper, the prestigious International Beer Festival in Qingdao as the research object, from the analysis of the status of the Oktoberfest as a starting point in exploring the conditions and experience of its success based on the discovery of the remaining problems and deficiencies, the Oktoberfest and Tsingtao Brewery The improvement and innovation of the industry put forward suggestions and improvement measures. Based on management, marketing and business stakeholders, this paper analyzes the experience of Qingdao International Beer Festival in sustainable development and suggestions for further improvement and cultivation, and promotes the long-term prosperity of Tsingtao Brewery Festival so as to promote the continuous optimization and development of Tsingtao Brewery’s entire industry.
