冠心静片临床已应用多年并验证其对冠心病、心绞痛有显著疗效。对改成胶囊剂型后进行了药效学实验研究。结果表明，冠心静胶囊和冠心静片均能明显对抗垂体后叶素引起的家兔心肌缺血作用和小鼠耐常压缺氧作用，而且与冠心静片比较无显著差异 Guanxin Jingpian has been used clinically for many years to verify its significant effect on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Pharmacodynamic experiments were conducted after changing to capsule dosage forms. The results showed that both Guanxinjing capsules and Guanxinjing tablets could significantly inhibit the myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin and the tolerance to atmospheric hypoxia in mice, and there was no significant difference compared with Guanxinjing tablet.
