支架搬运车的关键部件铲板的可靠性十分重要。由于井下工作环境恶劣,铲板应力集中部位容易发生开裂现象。根据现场损坏的情况,在受力分析及计算机有限元分析的基础上,确定了铲板易产生开裂的部位及原因,并提出结构改进方案。再次有限元分析结果证明了该方案可有效减小应力集中,提高产品的可靠性。

According to the scene damage, based on the stress analysis and the finite element analysis of the computer, the site and the reason that the blade is prone to cracking are determined, and the structural improvement scheme is put forward. Finite element analysis results prove that the scheme can effectively reduce the stress concentration and improve the reliability of the product.
