It is known that ceramide synthase (Cer Ss) is related to the biological behavior of tumor, especially apoptosis. However, the specific role of different Cer Ss in different tumors remains unclear. Mojakgomo et al explored the relationship between Cer Ss4 and Cer Ss5 and two of the world’s top cancer-endometrial and colon cancers.
