应用当归注射液对60Co－γ射线辐射损伤后的小鼠卵巢给予治疗，对治疗后卵巢组织做常规切片染色，全自动图象分析仪检测其卵巢内卵泡数目及平均面积，进行了统计学分析，结果表明，当归可使辐射损伤后的小鼠卵泡数目恢复正常，卵泡平均面积增加。
The ovaries of mice were treated with 60Co-γ-irradiation after applying Angelica injection. The ovarian tissues were stained by routine sections after the treatment. The number and average area of follicles in the ovary were detected by automatic image analyzer. Statistical analyses were performed. The results show that Angelica can restore the normal number of follicles in mice after radiation damage and increase the average area of follicles.
