以一种冷芯盒的模具设计为例,基于UG参数化装配建模技术及UG/WAVE技术和部件间的表达式(Interpart Expression)技术,设计一种面向企业制芯设备的冷芯盒参数化标准模架,并介绍其实际应用。结果表明:使用UG参数化装配建模技术进行模具设计,可以明显地提高模具设计效率,缩短模具设计周期,提高模具设计精度,使设计的模具结构更趋合理,减少模具设计错误,也可以缩短模具制造周期。对于企业而言,有很好的经济效益。
Taking a kind of cold-box mold design as an example, a cold-box parameter for enterprise-made core equipment is designed based on UG parametric assembly modeling technology and UG / WAVE technology and interpart expression (Interpart Expression) Standard mold base, and introduce its practical application.
