1982年以来,国家有关部门先后公布了10批能耗高、性能差的机电设备,同时对淘汰设备所需维修配件也规定了供应期限。对于大量拥有此类设备的中小企业,要在短期内全部更新是不可能的。笔者建议根据企业产品结构和生产工艺特点,对这些淘汰设备采取更新与改造并举的方针。首先应对这类机床的使用情况进行普查分类,对使用年限长,丧失精度且能耗高、结构陈旧的坚决淘汰;对精度尚可,但主电机能耗高的,可考虑配换新
