目的探讨乳腺导管癌中微小钙化特征、肿瘤临床生物学行为及二者间的关系。方法分析46例全数字化乳腺摄影具有微小钙化特征的乳腺导管癌,其中导管原位癌8例,浸润性导管癌Ⅰ级12例,Ⅱ级15例,Ⅲ级11例,着重观察微小钙化特征及肿瘤生物学行为。结果 46例具有微小钙化的乳腺导管癌病例,微小钙化特征及临床生物学行为各观察指标中,单位面积钙化数级在病理形态学分级中差异且具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各观察指标差异均无统计学意义。结论对于存在微小钙化的乳腺病例,利用全数字化乳腺摄影观察其微小钙化特征,可提高乳腺癌的早期诊断率并指导临床治疗。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of microcalcification in breast ductal carcinoma and its clinical biological behavior and the relationship between them. Methods 46 cases of breast cancer with microcalcification of all-digital mammography were analyzed. Among them, 8 cases were ductal carcinoma in situ, 12 cases were grade Ⅰ in invasive ductal carcinoma, 15 cases were in grade Ⅱ and 11 cases were in grade Ⅲ. Tumor biology behavior. Results Among the 46 patients with microcalcification, the number of microcalcifications and the indexes of clinical biological behaviors were significantly different (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the observation indexes. Conclusion For the cases of microcalcification, the use of all-digital mammography to observe the features of microcalcification can improve the early diagnosis rate of breast cancer and guide the clinical treatment.
