桔梗冬花片质量标准收载于《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准》中药成方制剂第七册上。处方由桔梗、款冬花、远志、甘草等四味中药组成,标准中只有制法及检查项(通则检查),而无定性鉴别,其它文献也未见报道。为了进一步研究它的质量标准,本文应用显微分析,对方中的桔梗进行鉴别,应用薄层色谱法对方中的甘草进行鉴别。 The quality standards of Kikyo winter flower tablets are set forth in the seventh volume of the Chinese medicine prescription preparations of the “Pharmacy Standards of the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China”. The prescription consists of four Chinese herbal medicines, such as Campanulaceae, Coltsfoot, Polygala, and Glycyrrhiza. The standard includes only the method of manufacture and inspection (general inspection), and there is no qualitative identification. Other documents have not been reported. In order to further study its quality standards, this paper applied microscopic analysis to identify the Platycodon in the other party and use thin layer chromatography to identify the licorice in the other party.
