路基压实质量控制是延长公路使用寿命、提高服务水平的关键。为研究路基压实质量对土石混填路堤变形及稳定性的影响,确定满足稳定性及强度要求的固体体积率水平,该文依托某二级公路路基工程采用固体体积率控制压实质量,从路基填料物理力学性质入手,采用表面振动压实仪法、大型三轴试验等方法得到不同固体体积率下填料的性质参数,并采用Ansys软件对不同固体体积率下路基的变形、稳定性及挡土墙压力进行了数值模拟,研究结果表明:随着压实质量提高,填料强度参数有明显提高,稳定系数增大,变形减小,挡墙作用逐步凸显。设计要求稳定系数达到1.25以上,为满足要求固体体积率需达到86%。
Subgrade compaction quality control is to extend the service life of the highway, improve service levels of the key. In order to study the influence of subgrade compaction quality on the deformation and stability of embankment mixed with earth and rock, determine the volumetric rate of solid volume that meets the requirements of stability and strength. Based on the control of compaction quality of subgrade of a Grade II highway, The physical and mechanical properties of subgrade filling materials are discussed. The properties of filler materials under different volumetric rates are obtained by surface vibration compacting method and large-scale triaxial tests. The deformation, stability and stability of subgrade under different solid volume fraction are obtained by Ansys software The results of numerical simulation show that with the improvement of compaction quality, the packing strength parameters are obviously improved, the stability coefficient is increased, the deformation is reduced and the function of retaining wall is gradually highlighted. The design requirements of the stability factor of 1.25 or more, in order to meet the requirements of solid volume rate to reach 86%.
