目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMS)患者血清中多配体蛋白聚糖-1(SDC-1)、可溶性人类白细胞抗原-G(sHLA-G)、金属基质酶-9(MMP-9)的表达水平变化及意义。方法:随机选取88例EMS患者(Ⅰ~Ⅱ期及Ⅲ~Ⅳ期各44例),采用ELISA法检测血清中SDC-1、sHLA-G、MMP-9的表达水平,同时与35例同期健康体检的妇女对比。结果:SDC-1、sHLA-G、MMP-9在EMS患者血清中的表达水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Ⅲ~Ⅳ期EMS患者血清中SDC-1、sHLA-G、MMP-9的表达水平均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);EMS组SDC-1和MMP-9之间呈正相关(r=0.683,P<0.05);sHLA-G与MMP-9之间呈正相关(r=0.456,P<0.05);三者联合检测诊断EMS的敏感度、特异性分别为93.18%、94.28%。结论:SDC-1、sHLA-G、MMP-9可能在EMS的发生、发展过程发挥重要作用;联合检测SDC-1、sHLA-G、MMP-9有望成为EMS的无创诊断的新指标。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of serum levels of ligand-like glycan-1 (SDC-1), soluble human leukocyte antigen-G (sHLA-G), metalloenzyme-9 ) And its significance. Methods: A total of 88 EMS patients (Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ and Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ, 44 cases) were randomly selected and the serum levels of SDC-1, sHLA-G and MMP-9 were detected by ELISA. Physical examination of women compared. Results: The expression levels of SDC-1, sHLA-G and MMP-9 in serum of EMS patients were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01) The expression levels of sHLA-G and MMP-9 were higher than those in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between SDC-1 and MMP-9 in EMS group (r = 0.683, ). There was a positive correlation between sHLA-G and MMP-9 (r = 0.456, P <0.05). The sensitivities and specificities of sHLA-G and MMP-9 were 93.18% and 94.28% respectively. Conclusion: SDC-1, sHLA-G and MMP-9 may play an important role in the development and progression of EMS. Combined detection of SDC-1, sHLA-G and MMP-9 is expected to become a new index for non-invasive diagnosis of EMS.
