新课程改革把培养学生的情感、态度、价值观作为培养目标体系的一个重要组成部分,体现了教育更关注培养学生健全的人格和人的终生发展。有效的课堂教学不仅是和认知相关的信息流通,其中情感作为一种动力性因素也渗透其中。教师在课堂教学中起主导作用,在某种程度上讲教师情绪也相应地主导课堂教学。教师可以通过移情、激趣、设置认知冲突和提高学生的自我效能感等方法提高教师情绪在课堂教学中的作用,提高课堂教学的有效性。
The reform of the new curriculum regards cultivating students ’feelings, attitudes and values as an important component of the training target system. It shows that education is more concerned with cultivating students’ healthy personality and life-long development. Effective classroom teaching is not only about the communication of cognition-related information, but also of emotion as a motivational factor. Teachers play a leading role in classroom teaching, to a certain extent, teachers’ emotions also dominate classroom teaching accordingly. Teachers can improve teachers ’sentiment’s role in classroom teaching through empathy, excitement, setting cognitive conflicts and improving students’ self-efficacy, so as to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
