选用有限型、亚有限型和无限型三种生长习性大豆进行去荚处理,测定固氮酶活性、酰脲和硝态氮含量.结果表明:去荚,有限型和亚有限型大豆固氮酶活性降低,而无限型的则无变化;去荚,使有限型和亚有限型大豆根瘤和幼茎中酰脲含量增加,无限型的变化不大;去荚,硝态氮在有限型大豆幼茎中积累,而亚有限型和无限型的则较对照有所降低.
