人才缺乏比资金缺乏更严重地钳制着经济发展。据对我县40个单位的初步统计,急需人才460人,其中,各类技术专业人才急需352人,管理人才急需108人,这个数字是企业自报的,实际长远需求远不止这些。人才缺乏问题在新老企业中都很突出。工业局所属九个企业大多是老企业,论条件,人才队伍是比较强的,但上报人才缺口达59人。有个老企业,已经营20多年,但到现在没有一名工程师。有职工540
The shortage of talent is more severe than the lack of funds to curb economic development. According to the preliminary statistics of 40 units in our county, 460 people are in urgent need of talents. Among them, 352 people are in urgent need of various types of technical professionals and 108 people are in urgent need of management personnel. This figure is self-reported by enterprises and the actual long-term needs are far more than these. The lack of talent is prominent in both old and new companies. The nine companies affiliated with the Industrial Bureau are mostly old companies. The conditions and the talent team are relatively strong, but the gap in the number of reported talents is 59.
