黄宏生创维集团的创始人,带领创维从一个遥控器小厂,挺进世界彩电十大品牌之列。2006年,黄宏生被控串谋盗窃及诈骗创维数码5000万港元被判监禁6年。狱中的黄宏生仍紧密关注创维动向,并先后给创维写了3封信,痛陈创维积弊。2009年被保释出狱后,黄宏生回归创维,并担任创维电视控股有限公司集团顾问,但无权参与日常管理和决定工作。资料显示,目前,黄宏生与其妻林卫平共持有创维数码34.17%股权,仍为第一大股东。
