新课程理念要求对学生的评价可以采用过程性和结果性评价相结合的方法。本文以此为切入点探究了对教师的过程性评价和结果性评价。对结果性评价可在目前考试制度基础上进行改良和完善,并降低其在教师评价中的比重;对于过程性评价,可分别从物质保证、管理体系、监管机制、教师申诉等环节来建设过程性评价制度。
