目的 研究电子束CT在肺内单发性肿块诊断中的价值。方法 对手术和 /或病理证实的 32例周围型肺癌与 18例良性病变分别进行电子束CT平扫及双期增强扫描。结果 周围型肺癌主要表现为肿块分叶、边缘毛刺、胸膜凹陷及空泡征 ;良性病变多为无分叶、边缘光滑锐利肿块。但部分良、恶性病变CT征象重叠 ,仅凭形态学表现难以鉴别。平扫周围型肺癌平均CT值 45HU ,良性病变平均CT值 5 1HU ,无明显差别。增强后周围型肺癌明显强化 ,CT值平均增加 31HU ;良性病变轻度强化 ,CT值平均增加 8HU。结论 电子束CT在肺内孤立性肿块的诊断中具有重要价值
Objective To study the value of electron beam computed tomography in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary mass. Methods 32 cases of peripheral lung cancer and 18 cases of benign lesions proved surgically and / or pathologically were examined by electron beam CT plain scan and double-phase enhanced scan respectively. Results Peripheral lung cancer mainly showed lobulation, marginal burr, pleural indentation and vacuole sign. Most of benign lesions were non-lobulated and the edge was smooth and sharp. However, some of the good and malignant lesions CT signs of overlap, difficult to identify by morphological performance alone. The average CT value of peripheral lung cancer was 45HU, and the average CT value of benign disease was 5 1HU. There was no significant difference. Enhanced peripheral lung cancer was significantly enhanced CT average increase of 31HU; benign lesions mild enhancement, CT value increased by an average of 8HU. Conclusion Electron beam computed tomography is of great value in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary masses
