为探讨 Q-开关掺钕钇铝石榴石 (Nd:YAG)激光致不同类型人工晶体损伤的情况 ,对采用 Nd:YAG激光切开后囊的 89例 (96眼 )各级后发性白内障 (后发障 )患者的人工晶体于裂隙灯下观察其损伤程度及形态。结果显示 ,96枚人工晶体损伤率为 38.5 % ,其中 PMMA晶体为 2 8.9% ,丙烯酸酯晶体为 75 % ,水凝胶晶体为 6 0 % ,硅凝胶晶体为 85 .7%。提示各种人工晶体抗激光损伤能力由高到低依次为 PMMA、水凝胶、丙烯酸酯、硅凝胶 ;不论哪种类型的人工晶体 ,随激光能量的升高 ,其所受损伤的范围及程度也升高。
To investigate the damage caused by different types of intraocular lens (I-Nd: YAG) laser using Q-switched Nd: YAG laser, 89 cases (96 eyes) of posterior capsular cataract After the incident) in patients with intraocular lens cracks in the lamp to observe the degree of damage and morphology.
