文(虫台)以“天下第一鲜”闻名遐迩,对虾以味美色佳称冠于虾类,国内外市场供不应求。为充分开发利用现有滩涂资源,生产出较多的对虾、文蛤产品,缓解市场供求矛盾,增加出口刨汇,江苏海门县东灶港1987年相继投资335万元(自有资金155万元,国家、世界银行贷款180万元),利用滩涂优势,围建池地31个,建立了对虾养殖场。在1988～1989年单一养殖对虾的基础上,为进一步提高滩涂产出及经济效益,根据生物互利共栖的原理.于1990年开始进行对虾、文蛤立体养殖
