稀土薄壁铸铁管在内蒙古自治区赤峰市钻机厂试制成功,9月4日通过鉴定。用连续铸造方法成型,稀土复合物处理的灰铁管,管环抗破损强度达40公斤/毫米~2,较未经稀土处理的管环强度提高9~10公斤/毫米~2,试水压力达30公斤/厘米~2,已生产出80余吨铸铁管用于输送煤气及给水,按照往常的滚杆推下运输方式,摔裂破损率由原来的20~30%减少到3~4%。使用单位感到满意。
