本文介绍了苏联在发展分置式液压悬挂系统方面的一些研究成果。文中叙述了发展过程中曾出现的一系列问题和其解决方法以及今后的发展方向。其中关于分配器方面有回油阀,自动回位机构以及滑阀密封性的改进等。回油阀的节流方法由利用柱塞和壳的间隙改为在柱塞上钻一个φ2.5的节流孔,自动回位机构的增压器与滑阀的间隙建议最大为0.1~0.2毫米,最小为0.05~0.08毫米。提出应保证滑阀与壳体间的间隙为5~10微米,即装配时要选用比孔高1~2组的滑阀,在手上用1.5~2.0公斤压力下推入。试验表明
This article describes some of the research results of the Soviet Union in developing split-type hydraulic suspension systems. The article describes a series of problems that have appeared in the development process and their solutions as well as the future direction of development.
