目的.研究氪黄绿激光全视网膜光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法 :根据眼底荧光血管造影 (FFA)的结果 ,用氪黄绿激光全视网膜光凝术治疗 1998年 3月至 2 0 0 1年 1月在我中心确诊为糖尿病视网膜病变的患者 2 12例 330眼。轻度白内障 95眼 ,轻度白内障伴玻璃体混浊 76眼。随访视力、眼底、FFA。结果 :视力增进 6 2眼占 18.8% ;视力无变化 16 7眼占 5 0 .9% ;视力下降 10 1眼占 30 .6 %。FFA结果有效 2 46眼 ,有效率 74.5 %。需补充光凝 78眼 ,4眼光凝过程中眼底出血 ,改行玻璃体切割手术。结论 :氪黄绿激光全视网膜光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变不仅对屈光间质清晰者效果好 ,而且对屈光间质轻度混浊的病例效果也较满意
Objective To study the curative effect of krypton yellow-green laser panretinal photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy. Methods: According to the results of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA), krypton yellow-green laser panretinal photocoagulation was used to treat 21 cases of diabetic retinopathy diagnosed in our center from March 1998 to January 2001 eye. 95 eyes were mild cataract, 76 eyes were mild cataract with vitreous opacity. Follow-up vision, fundus, FFA. Results: Sixty-two eyes accounted for 18.8% of visual acuity; 16.7 eyes of non-visual acuity accounted for 50.9%; and 10 eyes of 30 eyes accounted for 30.6%. FFA results valid 246 eyes, effective 74.5%. Need to add photocoagulation 78 eyes, 4 eyes during photocoagulation fundus bleeding, switch to vitrectomy surgery. Conclusion: Krypton yellow-green laser panretinal photocoagulation for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy not only has a good effect on the clear refractive mesenchyme, but also on the effect of mild opacification of the refractive media is also more satisfactory results
