近年来 ,高校学报间的竞争日趋激烈 ,不少学报囿于传统的办刊模式 ,内容杂、周期长、发行量小、读者少 ,正在逐渐被边缘化 ,陷入举步维艰的境地。公安高校学报要在激烈的竞争中求得生存与发展 ,必须突破高校学报传统的办刊模式 ,走市场化发展之路。一、建立一个充满活力的编辑部。二、建立一个自办发行的网络。三、建立一支自己的作者队伍。具体要坚持四个原则 ,即坚持创特色的原则、社会化办刊的原则、与公安实践同步的原则和专家与群众相结合的原则。 In recent years, competition among university journals has become increasingly fierce.
