教师在教学当中亦可充当研究者,主要是通过分析同事的课堂以及回顾自己的课堂教学的方式来检验一些相关教学理论。通过诸如此类的方式,教师可以提高自己的教学水平。教师可以采取多种方式来开展研究,对自身的教学进行反映和探究,教师所开展的这种研究是一种教学研究,。我们可以通过自己的教学进行研究,同时也可以通过研究来辅助教学。因此,行动研究成为了语言教学者检验并且提高自身教学的一种可行并且非常受欢迎的研究形式。此文简单介绍了行动研究作为一种研究方法的原理以及步骤,并且就其优势和局限进行了探讨。
Teachers can also act as researchers in teaching, mainly through the analysis of colleagues in the classroom and review their own classroom teaching to test some of the relevant teaching theory. By such means, teachers can improve their teaching level. Teachers can take a variety of ways to carry out research to reflect and explore their own teaching. This kind of research conducted by teachers is a kind of teaching research. We can conduct research through our own teaching and at the same time we can assist in teaching through research. Therefore, action research becomes a viable and very popular form of research that language teachers test and improve their own teaching. This paper briefly introduces the principles and steps of action research as a research method, and discusses its advantages and limitations.
