目的:针对Innova4100血管机在下肢静脉跟踪造影中出现的图像拼接问题进行探讨并提出解决方法。方法:全部病例均经足背浅静脉穿刺后在高压注射器一次性注射对比剂的同时,通过控制导管床的移动速度与被检部位血流速度同步来获得连续动态静脉造影图像。结果:95﹪的图像主观评价背景干净,对比度良好,血管边缘锐利,病变部位清晰。结论:AdvPaste图像血管拼接处连续性好,可拼接成完整的下肢静脉图像,有利于对患者被检侧下肢静脉整体情况的了解与把握。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the image splicing problem of Innova4100 vascular machine in the venous follow-up of lower extremities and to propose a solution. Methods: All patients underwent continuous dorsal venous angiography through the dorsal superficial venous puncture and high-pressure syringes with a single injection of contrast agent. The control catheter bed velocity was synchronized with the septum blood flow velocity. Results: 95% of the subjective evaluation of the image background clean, good contrast, sharp edges of blood vessels, lesions clear. Conclusion: AdvPaste images with good continuity of vascular splicing can be spliced into a complete image of the lower extremity venous, which is conducive to the detection of patients with the overall situation of the lower extremity veins understand and grasp.
