采用VP-ODS-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-乙酸铵(0.02mol/L)水溶液为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,用紫外检测器在221nm波长下进行检测,建立食品中合成色素酸性红26含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。酸性红26在0.2—100.0mg/L浓度范围内,信号与浓度呈良好的线性关系,A=4.839C+6.497(r=0.9994),检出限为0.2mg/L。方法灵敏、简便,其重复测定结果的精密度和准确度都较好,可用于食品中合成色素酸性红26的测定。
The mobile phase was VP-ODS-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-ammonium acetate (0.02 mol / L) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min.
