目的调查安徽省5个沿江口岸水体中食源性致病菌污染情况。方法采集安徽省5个沿江口岸不同季节的水样,经过液体培养基增殖后接种不同的显色平板,然后挑取平板上的优势菌落菌进行革兰氏染色后用全自动微生物分析系统进行鉴定。结果所采集的水样中未发现金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌、志贺菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、霍乱弧菌,但是我们通过分离鉴定发现26种条件致病菌,并且进行地区性和季节性差异的分析。结论建立安徽沿江口岸水体条件致病菌资源库,为今后口岸卫生监督提供依据。
Objective To investigate the contamination of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in five waterfront ports in Anhui Province. Methods Five water samples collected from different ports along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province were collected. After being cultured in liquid medium, different color plates were inoculated, and then the dominant colonies on the plates were picked for Gram staining and identified by the automatic microbiological analysis system . Results Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Shigella, Listeria monocytogenes and Vibrio cholerae were not found in the collected water samples. However, we found 26 kinds of pathogenic bacteria by isolation and identification, And seasonal differences in the analysis. Conclusion The establishment of water source pathogen pool in Yanjiang Port of Anhui Province provides the basis for future port health supervision.
