随着教育改革的不断深化,素质教育的全面推进,中学体育教育也越来越受重视。其中,耐久跑项目不但能够锻炼学生的体魄,提高学生的身体素质,而且能够锤炼学生的意志品质,是中学体育教学课程中非常重要的教学项目。近年来,中学生的体质呈逐年下降的趋势,而学校也由于各种原因对耐久跑项目不够重视,从而致使在学生当中滋生了对耐久跑项目的畏难情绪,该项目的达标状况令人堪忧。本文通过对初中体育耐久跑教学现状的分析和研究,提出了改善其教学方法的措施和对策,消除学生的畏难情绪,提高学生的参与主动性和热情,为终身体育奠定优秀的身体素质基础。
With the continuous deepening of education reform and the all-around promotion of quality education, physical education in middle schools is also being paid more and more attention. Among them, the durable running project not only can exercise students’ physique, improve the physical quality of students, but also can temper the will-quality of students. It is a very important teaching project in the middle school physical education curriculum. In recent years, the physique of secondary school students has been declining year by year. However, due to various reasons, schools have not paid sufficient attention to durable running projects. As a result, students’ fear of long-term running projects has become troublesome. By analyzing and researching the status quo of physical endurance running teaching in junior middle school, this paper puts forward measures and countermeasures to improve its teaching methods, eliminates the fear of students and improves students’ initiative and enthusiasm for participation in sports, laying a solid foundation for lifelong physical education.
