很多学生虽然热衷于足球比赛,却不喜欢枯燥乏味的球性练习。针对这种情况,我在足球教学中,把收集到的各种球性练习动作进行整理,编成了一套简单易学的足球操,让学生在一定的节奏下反复练习。这样,不但提高了学生的练习兴趣,还收到了令人满意的效果。足球操要求每人一球。在练习过程中,要注意脚与球的摩擦力度。它既能使人熟悉球性,又能提高身体的灵活性、协调性,一般可以放在准备活动中进行练习。
Although many students are passionate about football, they do not like dull ball practice. In response to this situation, I teach in football, collected all kinds of practice ball practice organized into a set of easy to learn football exercises, allowing students to practice at a certain pace repeatedly. In this way, not only improve students’ interest in practice, but also received satisfactory results. Football exercises require one ball per person. In the practice process, we should pay attention to the foot friction with the ball.
