目前餐具消毒仍多沿用煮沸消毒法。但餐具破损大,且野战部队因条件限制,而不能广泛应用。为寻找快速有效的洗消液,预防肠道传染病的传播,我们采用两种化学洗消液,进行现场试验比较。结果证明,过氧乙酸洗消餐具作用快,操作简便,效果可靠。现报告如下: 材料与方法一、试剂的配制 1.0.25%过氧乙酸洗消液取过氧乙酸原液25毫升加水至10000毫升。过氧乙酸简易合成法:取冰醋酸140毫升,加硫酸7.1毫升,混匀,再加入30%过氧化氢70毫升,混匀后室温放置3天即可形成浓度约为18~20%的过氧乙酸原液。
At present, there are still more use of tableware disinfection disinfection method. However, the utensils are quite damaged, and the field units can not be widely used because of their limited conditions. In order to find a fast and effective solution to prevent the spread of intestinal infectious diseases, we use two kinds of chemical washing solution for field trials. Simple synthesis of peracetic acid: Take glacial acetic acid 140 ml, add sulfuric acid 7.1 ml, mix, then add 70% hydrogen peroxide 30%, after mixing for 3 days at room temperature to form a concentration of about 18 to 20% of the Oxyacetic acid stock solution.
